Our fantastic manager oversees all activity here at Rosebank. From recruitment to health and safety and compliance and cleanliness, our manager needs to know what’s going on at all times and ensures we are providing the best care possible.
Care workers
It takes someone really special to become a care worker and our team really is the backbone of Rosebank. Care workers provide companionship, personal care, medication support, meal time assistance and so much more to our residents every single day.
Lifestyle support coordinators
Otherwise known as our activities coordinators, our team ensures our residents’ lives are busy and enriched with activities and hobbies they will love. They always manage to find something for everyone.
Chefs
Our kitchen team provides our residents with the best, home-cooked meals every day. Our residents are able to choose from several seasonal options. Food is a huge part of life at Rosebank.
Hospitality
Our fantastic Housekeeping team work hard behind the scenes maintaining our grounds and building and ensuring there is clean linen on everyone’s beds.
Admin
Most likely your first point of contact at Rosebank. Our admin team ensures we operate like a well-oiled machine and provide a steadfast point of contact for relatives and those looking for more information.
Training and progression
Our training and development is a crucial part of care worker life at Rosebank. Care is ever-changing and the needs of our residents can change or become complex at any time.
Once you become part of our team you will be trained in-house and by external bodies so you are able to provide the best level of care for our residents.
Our management team will support you with ongoing training and is able to provide advice and guidance at any time.
