There’s been celebrations amongst our staff and residents after we received an ‘Outstanding’ rating following an unannounced Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspection.

A Beacon of Exceptional Care and Dedication

We achieved the top rating thanks to our ability to deliver a safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led service to residents. Staff were commended for:

“going the extra mile to enable people to achieve their potential.”

The CQC report commended Rosebank in its overall summary and noted that residents felt safe with one resident commenting:

“Great staff who look after me, they are excellent in fact.”

Relatives of residents also praised the home, stating:

“This place provides really amazing care and excellent staff. Even the gardener is caring, it’s just superb.”

Inspectors noted the dignity and responsiveness that went into the care we delivered, noting that:

“when staff spoke about people they were respectful and they displayed genuine affection.”

Jane Roberts, owner of Rosebank, said:

“We’re absolutely delighted to receive such a fantastic CQC report which reflects our high standards of care. We put our heart and soul into our work to ensure we’re delivering the best quality of care possible and I’d like to thank my wonderful team for their continued dedication.”

Our Ethos Magic Moments

A Top-Rated Service Where Care Comes First

Our family-run care home has been owned by Gerry and Jane for 9 years, who also recently took over Cassington based home, Churchfields, in March 2016.

Churchfields received a ‘Good’ rating following their latest inspection, with staff seen to demonstrate a good understanding of how to ensure dignity, respect, patience and support to residents.

The CQC report commended Churchfields in its overall summary and noted that residents felt safe, with one resident reporting that:

“The carers are lovely, all the staff here are amazing, we always have a laugh.”

In addition to ensuring dignity at all times, staff actively encouraged residents to be as independent as possible and their hobbies, interests and dislikes were noted to ensure that they could partake in activities that they enjoyed.
