Keeping Our Residents And Care Team Safe During The Coronavirus Pandemic
The number of people becoming infected by Covid-19 in the UK is increasing by a quarter every day. At Rosebank our priority is to ensure the health and wellbeing of our residents and care team.
Changing our behaviours and habits over the coming weeks will make a big difference to the size of the peak of the epidemic. We are already working closely with local health and authority teams and continue to follow advice from the Department of Health and Social Care and Public Health England.
Due to this, social distancing changes have been implemented and we have suspended all activity events that involve visiting performers. Instead, we are utilising the power of technology and moving to video links instead. We are also reviewing outpatient appointments and postponing all assessments of our residents by external assessors.
We will be offering increased digital and Skype calls, since we have currently suspended all visitors for the time being. If you have any questions or concerns please contact Vanessa or Dawn, who will be happy to help.
These are temporary but essential changes as we strive to keep our residents and staff safe from Covid-19.
To our wonderful families, thank you for all your ongoing cooperation and support, and to our fabulous staff , thank you for everything you are doing for our lovely residents.
