Our ethos
About Louise Keys…
I am a Registered Nurse and Home Manager with over 15 years’ experience in the care sector. My background spans community nursing, forensic nursing and more recently the management of clinical and residential care homes. This breadth of experience has given me a strong, well-rounded understanding of complex care needs and the importance of high-quality, person-centered support.
I am known for being approachable, supportive, and committed to leading with compassion. I thrive on new challenges and take pride in creating environments where residents feel safe, valued, and truly at the heart of everything we do. My focus is always on delivering excellent standards of care while supporting teams to provide best possible outcomes for those we serve.
Best Wishes,
Louise Keys, Home Manager

Family-focused Care
We encourage family members to take part in the care and happiness of our residents. Prioritising close family involvement, we ensure loved ones are part of the journey every step of the way. With open communication and a welcoming environment, we keep families informed and involved, from regular updates to invitations to join in on special occasions.
By working closely with residents and their families, we can meet our goal of creating a strong sense of community that enriches the overall well-being of everyone at Rosebank.
High-Quality Care
At Rosebank Care Home, our team are highly trained and deeply committed to making a real difference in the lives of our residents. With many staff members having been with us for over a decade, our residents enjoy continuity of care from familiar, trusted faces.
All staff members receive ongoing training, including dementia care, ensuring they’re armed with the latest skills and education to give appropriate care to vulnerable residents. We take pride in our staff retention rate and our team’s neverending dedication to providing care with a personal touch, creating a comfortable atmosphere where each resident is treated like family.

A Social and Engaging Community
Every day is an opportunity to create meaningful Magic Moments for our residents. We offer a variety of activities designed to stimulate both mind and body, from creative crafts and cooking sessions to social events like bingo and coffee mornings. Residents with dementia are always included in our activities and are an important part of our care home’s community.
Our perfectly landscaped gardens provide a peaceful space for spending time outdoors, while off-site trips to local cafes and garden centres keep residents connected with the community. We believe in personalising each resident’s experience, ensuring that everyone, regardless of ability, has the chance to enjoy life to the fullest and look forward to what each day brings.
Safe, Clean and Comfortable Living
We want our residents to feel secure and enjoy the environment they live in. So, we take great care in providing a clean, safe home for everyone residing at Rosebank. Our team follows rigorous cleanliness standards and conducts regular safety checks to ensure every corner of the home is safe and hygienic. From our gardens to the themed corridors and reminiscence rooms, we make sure every space enhances comfort and well-being.
Our facility also supports residents with different needs, including those with dementia, ensuring their safety while allowing them to engage in daily life. We work closely with families to maintain a high standard of care, creating a space that is safe but also feels like home for both residents and their family members.
