Rosebank Residents Enjoy Theatre Trip to Cokethorpe School
Rosebank Care Home was delighted to sponsor Cokethorpe School’s recent production of The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe, and a group of our residents were invited along to enjoy the show.
From the moment we took our seats, it was clear how much effort the students had put into the performance. Their confidence and enjoyment on stage made the story easy to follow and great fun to watch. Our residents were fully immersed, often commenting quietly to one another about favourite scenes and characters.
At the interval, the school invited us into the dining hall for refreshments, including mulled wine and pastries. One of our residents, Joyce, was especially pleased with hers, a small detail that added to the evening’s friendly atmosphere.

The whole evening felt relaxed and welcoming, full of conversation, and it was lovely to see our residents enjoying something a little different.
For our residents, the evening was a lovely way to end an already lively week at Rosebank, with plenty of activities and shared Magic Moments.
We look forward to continuing our relationship with the school and supporting more of their productions in the future.
